AUTOUPDATE:
Inside the windows “startmenu–>Programs–>Bookmarkwiz” you have an extra option called “check for updates”. If you start this application it will fetch the latest version from our server and update your installation automatically.
If you encounter any issues with this, please let me know.
FOR WINDOWS7 AND VISTA USERS:
Please rightclick the “check for updates” icon and select “run as administrator”

NEW QUICKINDEX Feature some help:
They have added a new tab called “quickindex”
QuickIndex submits your website to a large variety of domain, whois, and DNS statistic web sites. These backlink sites are highly visible to the major search engines and will quickly spider, aggregate, and link to your web site, many within the same day of submission.
Since these domain statistic web sites are frequently visited by the major search engines, you gain instant visibility to search engine robots, instant boosting of web site backlinks, and ultimately, increased traffic to your web site.
download the following file for 90+ sites that can be used inside the quickindex tab:

Steps to follow for quickindexing:
- Go to the quickindex tab
- Import or manually add some web-sites from the quickindex.txt file (rightclick on the screen to import/add/delete).
- Click the “+” sign below and add your domain.com (no long urls,http:// or subdomains, they will not work) Just add your domain like “mydomain.com” without quotes.
- Press quickindex. The links will be created and your new domain will be indexed by search engines very fast. The speed from this quickindex feature will be improved in a next version.

DATABASE UPGRADE 1.10–>1.11 READ STEPS BELOW:
(you can check your version inside bookmarkwiz settings tab. If you don’t have 1.10 upgrade to 1.10 first in an earlier thread.)
To ugrade your installation and database project file (1.10) and make it compatible with 1.11 (Experimental)
1. Make a backup of your 1.10 project file!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (backup the whole c:\program files\bookmarkwiz directory to be sure)
2. Download 1.11 http://www.bookmarkwiz.com/release/bookmarkwiz.msi
3. Run 1.11. Your installation will be upgraded to version 1.11
4. Open BookmarkWiz and in the settings tab press the “1.10->1.11″ button and select your project file. It will be converted to 1.11
5. Reload or Reopen your converted project file with the “Reload” or “Open/Create” button in the settings tab,
6. Done.

BookmarkWiz 1.10 Retail – (November 27, 2009) – Download Bookmarkwiz
FOR USERS THAT STILL USE 1.08 And Want to Upgrade Project To 1.10:
(You can check your version inside Bookmarkwiz Settings Tab)
To ugrade your database project file (1.0.8 or older) and make it compatible with 1.10 (Experimental)
- Make a backup of your 1.08 project file!
- Remove bookmarkwiz 1.08 from the control panel (start–>settings–>controlpanel–>add/remove software)
- Navigate to the Bookmarkwiz program directory (c:\program files\bookmarkwiz) and delete everything inside.
- Download Bookmarkwiz 1.10 from below and install it using the wizard. Make a clean install.
- To convert your old project for usage in 1.10 open bookmarkwiz and press the “1.08–>1.10″ button below inside the settings tab.
- Naviage to your 1.08 project file and press open.
- Your 1.08 project file will be converted to 1.10. You will see a status dialog if the process fails or succeeds
- Open your converted project with the “open/create” button in the settings tab.
- Done.
FOR USERS THAT USE 1.09:
(You can check your version inside Bookmarkwiz Settings Tab)
- Download Bookmarkwiz 1.10.
- Run and install Bookmarkwiz. Your Installation will be automatically upgraded from 1.09 –> 1.10

IMPORTANT
Because the database is changed in 1.0.9, your project file from earlier versions IS NOT compatible with 1.0.9
To do a clean upgrade do the following:
- Remove bookmarkwiz from the control panel (start–>settings–>controlpanel–>add/remove software)
- Navigate to the bookmarkwiz program directory (c:\program files\bookmarkwiz) and delete everything inside.
- Download bookmarkwiz 1.0.9 and install it
- Profit.

Bookmarkwiz has been developed to work on the following 32-bit Operating systems (64-bit works but not officially supported):
- Windows XP
- Windows Vista
- Windows 7
- Does not run on Apple or Linux OS (yet)
Bookmarkwiz has been developed to run with the minimum hardware specifications below:
- 20 MB of available hard disk space
- 128 MB RAM
